Return Policy

All items are inspected before they leave our warehouse.

Any item that is damaged must be identified and you must notify us immediately upon receipt of item.
Waiting 2 or 3 days to notify us is not accepted.
You must take a picture of the item, the damaged area and describe the damage.

You then contact the sales department immediately, and give us the following information:

1. Your Name
2. Order Number
3. Product Name
4. Damage description

We will not accept returns of items that have been:

Smell Of Perfume
Smell of Body Oder
Have food, drink or blood stains
